BioCide Labs Return Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange on items damaged in transit and/or defective upon receipt. We do not accept any other returns, including items damaged by improper use or accidents, as we are unable to resell any items that may have been exposed to mold-contaminated environments. Further, there are no cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a Test Kit (final sale).
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within seven (7) days of receiving your item at customer-service@biocidelabs.com, to alert us of the damage and/or defect. Please include in your email photos of the item and the damage and/or defect. Our team will review your email and, upon approval, notify you to return the damaged and/or defective item to us. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect the item and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement item will be shipped out, if available. If a replacement is not available, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within ten (10) days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the return during return shipment.
